Some of you have reported to us you were found some ads promoting contacts and even sexual services with under 18-years-old guys, 17 to be right.

Peruvian Penal Code’s Art. 173 states that sex, direct touching with any part of the body, through objects, configure rape.

In other words, it doesn’t care if both parts agree, having sex, playsor kinda sex touchings with an under-18 child are rape, and face you to 25 to 30 years in prison with no benefits.

We mustremember that prostitution in Peru is legal, but only for legal age people.
In sexual matters, 18 is the official key age to begin, actually.
There is an initiative in the Peruvian Congress to fine sexual agreement between under legal age people, right now, that is part of a new discussion.
Our advice is that you ignore those ads and don’t get in trouble.
It’s true that we need to experience but it doesn’t mean to break the law.
